Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our international team of captains, IT professionals, and sales experts. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for working with repeat clients, handling incoming requests, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Respond to incoming requests from customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their sailing needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in B2C sales or call center environments, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
