We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Central and Eastern Europe. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales to existing customers and identifying new opportunities to grow our market share in the compressed air treatment products segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals with existing and new accounts.
- Manage distributors to maximize product sales by providing them with support and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the region to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide distributors with product, application, and market support, including field support as necessary.
- Recommend and implement marketing and sales promotion initiatives to drive business growth.
- Prepare periodic customer and sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Documented experience in a similar sales or customer management position, preferably in the CEE region.
- Strong understanding of the compressed air treatment product line and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective development strategies.
- Ability to manage and motivate distributors to achieve sales goals.
- Good market knowledge and analytical skills.
