As a Last Mile Manager CEE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products to customers' doorsteps through our third-party logistics partners. You will be responsible for managing the operational and commercial success of this key market, working closely with a team of logistics experts to build a world-class supply chain.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of last mile logistics and collaborate closely with 3PL logistics partners and internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships with 3PL partners, monitor their operational performance, and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Track and report logistics costs, assist in budgeting, and optimize transportation spend.
  • Monitor sustainability standards in delivery practices and business processes.
  • Support tech solutions for improved tracking, reporting, and efficiency in coordination with 3PL partners.
  • Own and drive improvement projects along our transportation roadmap.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation, ideally gained with a 3PL logistics provider or retailer.
  • Negotiation and/or tender management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and 3PL partners.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data analysis, with excellent Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Self-driven, hands-on approach, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Fluency in Polish and English; other Eastern European languages (Czech or Slovak) are a plus.
