Job Title: Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team with daily operational affairs. You will work closely with other Sales Administrators and proactively collaborate with the Princes Group to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute back office activities for the entire sales process, including offers, contracts, price lists, rebates, and return overviews.
  • Issue RFQs to support the Senior International Account Manager.
  • Collaborate with International Account Managers to formulate, monitor, and distribute reliable sales forecasts.
  • Act as a key figure between Buying, Sales, and Logistics departments regarding customer contacts and sales contract management.
  • Analyze and process price differences, including producing credit notes and debit notes.
  • Support the Senior International Account Manager with the NPD process for the territory.
  • Maintain and support customer/product master data.
  • Support colleague sales administrators in case of absence, holiday, or busy periods.
  • Support the Senior International Account Manager with organizing sales meetings.
  • Issue reports on the territory.
Requirements:
  • Languages: English and Polish are mandatory (verbal and written).
  • Intermediate to higher vocational education in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of and experience within FMCG would be beneficial.
  • Work experience with Sales office duties.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (must) and SAP (preferably).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with figures on a daily basis.
  • Flexible and hands-on working mentality to work in an ever-changing environment.
  • Commercial mentality to always be looking for new opportunities.
  • Capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Service and result-oriented.
  • Capable of structured and accurate working.
  • Good communicative skills and assertiveness.
