About the Role

We are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, located in Warsaw.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinates sales staff through research, modification of sales support and presentation materials and maintains data on appropriate market conditions.
  • Collects survey data.
  • Provides a broad range of administration and marketing assistance to support the teams through the completion of diversified marketing activities utilizing an awareness of company policies and procedures.
  • As well as supporting on project management of marketing programs.
  • Sales & Marketing support Coordinates in the implementation and distribution of promotional and customer support material.
  • Coordinates and distributes all promotional material and provides a database of all relevant reprints for distribution.
  • Manages Marketing collateral & inventory through monitoring and reporting working closely marketing.
  • Leading marketing budget reconciliation by working closely with BUM and Sales Managers within the Ethicon team.
  • Identification of cost savings opportunities and process optimization to improve operation of team and resources.
  • Industry meetings, advisory boards & sales meetings Coordination and management of Industry events i.e. Symposiums and Congresses.
  • Communication with all parties involved and ensure all matters relating to the successful execution of events is carried out with regards to logistics, travel and HCC required documentation.
  • Identification of venues, management accommodation and itineraries and communication with CEE Marketing team and Field Force as appropriate.
  • Compliance Tracking of HCC agreement letters for HCP-Marketing activities.
  • Ownership of Records Information Management and ICD Compliance Management.
  • Complete annual HCC, Code of Conduct, Business Conduct training requirements.
