About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Management team in Poland. In this role, you will assist in the design, development, and implementation of sales programs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the key point of contact for coordinating events, managing purchase requisitions, and handling quality complaints.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase requisitions and manage invoice approvals and payments for service providers.
  • Organize internal events such as cycle meetings, trainings, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the organization of external events including congresses and workshops for healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and analyze reports as requested by the direct manager.
  • Supervise the external warehouse of promotional materials and monitor the Ax samples system.
  • Coordinate the quarterly process for Galderma product purchases by employees.
  • Handle quality complaints in a timely manner, including preliminary assessment and communication with manufacturers and customers.
  • Report complaints to manufacturers using the Track Wise system and manage documentation and archiving.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a sales and/or marketing team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in coordinating tasks for multiple managers and finding satisfaction in delivering value-adding services to sales and marketing leaders.
