Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at TOMRA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the establishment and development of a professional point of contact in the internal sales department for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong links between customers, sales managers, architects, service department, and fulfillment department.
  • Coordinate with architects and internal technical planners to prepare correct offers.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain master data in the ERP system.
  • Communicate with customers from the food trade after initial contact by our Sales Manager.
  • Provide reports and administrative support to the Key Account Manager and Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Friendly and winning appearance.
  • Service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact.
  • Polish as mother tongue and very good/excellent English skills.
  • Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office.
