Job Title: Business Development Manager - Poland/Central Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland/Central Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Poland/Central Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and tactics.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Travel to client sites and attend industry events to build relationships and promote our products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in WMS sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong sales and account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the WMS industry and market trends in Poland/Central Europe.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
