About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Strategy Manager to join our team. As a Sales Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing sales targets for assigned customer portfolios across Perfumery business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop commercial strategy through an account plan to drive profitable sales growth
  • Negotiate with clients favorable commercial terms
  • Partner internally with cross-functional teams to create holistic value propositions for clients
  • Build account sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability versus given objectives
  • Manage product life cycle, demand planning, customer care, and supply chain efficiency

Requirements:

  • Account management, preferably B2B ingredients sales experience for beauty and household
  • Excellent Polish and English language (min. B2) is a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet environment
