Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Guerbet. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts and stakeholders in the Diagnostic Imaging market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and segment key accounts and stakeholders in the Diagnostic Imaging market
- Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and revenue
- Collaborate with sales management to accelerate and execute on business opportunities
- Develop and drive portfolio management strategy in collaboration with the National Sales Manager
- Provide regular input into budgeting and forecasting processes
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Engage with and manage key decision makers in each account and region
- Be the single point of contact with customers, coordinating with a network of Guerbet sales and functional expertise to provide full account management support when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years successful field sales experience in the healthcare industry
- Prior key account management experience a strong plus
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Diagnostic Imaging market and trends in Radiology
- Proven negotiation experience in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Proficiency in English required
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SFDC
- Valid driving license
