About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Regional Sales Strategist to drive growth and expansion in the Baltics and Central Eastern Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy, with a focus on the Banking, Fintech, Gaming and Corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to cultivate the market and efficiently coordinate LexisNexis Risk Solutions resources.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales activities through to post-sales support, ensuring the successful closure of complex deals.
  • Identify target segments and create tailored sales strategies to address specific regional challenges and opportunities.
  • Understand customers' goals and objectives, business requirements and strategic goals, and advise them on how LNRS can help.
  • Drive market initiatives, supporting market planning, marketing and product development teams to maximize new business opportunities within the geographic/industry sector markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create a high-quality pipeline and ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with LNRS SMEs, facilitating regular communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align goals and share insights.
  • Prioritize face-to-face engagement and put the customer first, providing timely responses and exceptional levels of service for all enquiries.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Fluent English, Russian is a must, other languages (Latvian, Estonian) will be a bonus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the Banking, Fintech, Gaming or Corporate sectors.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Regional experience (Baltics, Gaming sector in CEE) will be a big plus.
  • Experience in closing complex software deals valued in the six-figure range.
  • Excellent sales, communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Certification in MEDDICC or other Sales methodologies is an added advantage.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
What We Offer:

LexisNexis Risk Solutions offers a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
