About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in steering us towards sustainable, profitable growth by implementing strategies across assortment, promotions, trade management, and pricing across the Baltics, Central Eastern Europe, CIS, and Ukraine markets.

This 12-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact from Day 1. You will have one direct report and report directly to our Senior Revenue Growth & Channel Manager. Based in our new Warsaw office with a hybrid working arrangement, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive revenue growth management strategy for selected markets, aligned with our core categories and overall business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic RGM initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead growth initiatives, including pricing, promotions, product pack sizing, and investment plans
  • Enhance local capabilities, advancing regional RGM processes and tools
  • Drive annual business planning, collaborating with the Category Business Unit throughout the Annual Business Cycle (ABC)
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to uncover business opportunities and drive commercialization strategies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in revenue growth, sales strategy, channel management, or business development
  • A passion for people leadership and experience in growing high-performing talent
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly form strong cross-functional relationships within the company and with external partners
  • Fluency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills
