The Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Growth Marketing Strategist/User Acquisition and Growth Leader to oversee user growth and marketing efforts in all our portfolio companies.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact and work closely with leading brands like Flo.

The role requires guiding and advising teams as well as acting as an individual contributor, building from scratch and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a champion for UA and Growth, providing expertise to our portfolio startups.
  • Explore emerging channel opportunities and execute strategies to support our goal of channel diversification.
  • Work with partners like Appsflyer, Google, Meta to provide tailored industry insights and share the latest updates.
  • Host monthly knowledge-sharing forums and develop an experimentation library.
  • Create a quarterly overview of the industry landscape, including key trends and market dynamics.
  • Evangalize the growth stack, tooling, and attribution within the group.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in user acquisition from strategy to execution in a startup, predominantly in the mobile app space.
  • A strong 'growth hacker' mindset and good knowledge of marketing data stack, tracking, attribution, and business unit economics.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build processes, and influence cross-functionally.
  • A self-starter with a resourceful, optimistic, and innovative approach, comfortable taking on high responsibility and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and action-oriented, with a passion to make an impact and exceed goals.
