The Role: Global Healthcare Marketing Strategist

This pivotal leadership position requires a visionary leader to shape the company's global marketing strategy during an era of growth and innovation. As the Global Healthcare Marketing Strategist, you will play a central role in announcing new services, expanding brand visibility, and driving revenue-generating leads across the healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position BlueMagic Group as the global leader in hair transplantation, plastic surgery, and dentistry.
  • Brand Management & Growth: Lead the redefinition of brand identity as we expand into new verticals, ensuring consistency with our core values.
Data-Driven Lead Generation:
  • Design and Implement High-Impact Campaigns: Design and implement high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive leads and optimize conversions.
  • Leverage Analytics: Leverage analytics to fine-tune campaigns and maximize ROI.
Content & Communication Excellence:
  • Create World-Class Content: Oversee the creation of world-class content that educates, engages, and builds trust with potential clients.
  • Manage PR Efforts: Manage PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation in key markets.
Team Leadership:
  • Inspire and Mentor Teams: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and clinical staff, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Revenue Growth & Budget Management:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth across services while maintaining efficiency in lead acquisition.
  • Manage Annual Budgets: Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure all activities align with financial targets.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 Years Experience: Minimum of 15 years of combined experience in marketing and sales, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven Expertise: Proven expertise in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or related industries.
Marketing Mastery:
  • Performance Marketing Tools: Exceptional knowledge of performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content creation.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in launching new brands or verticals in competitive markets.
  • UI/UX Design Tools: Proficiency in UI/UX design tools, CRM systems, and social media trends.
Leadership Skills:
  • Inspirational Leader: Inspirational leader with the ability to mentor teams and drive high performance.
  • Organizational Capabilities: Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding Communication: Outstanding communication skills (C1 English level; additional languages a plus).

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
