About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and expansion in the Baltics region. As Business Growth Strategist for the Baltics Region, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, foster strong relationships with clients, and leverage LexisNexis Risk Solutions resources to cultivate market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to address regional challenges and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system.
  • Foster close collaboration among stakeholders to align goals and share insights.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Banking, Fintech, Gaming, or Corporate sectors.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Regional experience in the Baltics or similar markets is highly desirable.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Russian.
  • Able to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at around €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
