As a Senior Sales Excellence Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving key sales excellence initiatives to enhance our organization's effectiveness and efficiency. This position reports directly to the Sales Excellence and Channel Development Leader and will be focused on leveraging our CRM system to support growth projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive CRM improvement and expansion projects to optimize our sales processes.
- Leverage system capabilities to support growth initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Train commercial teams on system and process usage, ensuring compliance and standardization.
- Sustain system effectiveness by managing day-to-day maintenance activities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is desired, with a good working knowledge of required (3+ years).
- Able to travel approximately 20% of the time to sales locations mainly in Europe.
- Experience in driving deployment projects and excellent analytical skills.
- Familiarity with databases and data visualization tools such as Tableau in addition to Ms Excel.
- Excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment is a plus.
- Able to work and train in English, additional European languages are a plus (knowledge of French preferred).
- Ability to assign priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
