About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager HPM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree, preferably in a medical-related field
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A deep understanding of the healthcare market and its trends
  • Proficiency in English and Polish languages
What We Offer:

We offer a highly competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as annual incentive bonuses, flexible work arrangements, and access to professional development programs.
