Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Strategist to join our Care Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through specialized sales of designated products from our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales business plan to prospect, generate leads, and deliver pre- and post-sales support.
- Build and foster relationships with key individuals to develop, expand, and maximize sales of our products.
- Deliver training on our products to distributor sales teams, including product applications, features, and functionality.
- Establish and manage reference accounts, coordinating pricing, product installation, and support.
- Act as project manager, driving and managing technology evaluations and delivering sales-generating technical solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree combined with sales experience in the Medical Equipment industry or Capital Investment milieu.
- Established record of delivering sales goals and quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of assigned product lines, selling and business strategy, selling partners, and competitors.
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
- Proven capacity to train, motivate, coach, manage, influence peers, and team members.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
