The base wage is 6500 PLN, with quarterly performance-based commission added on top. Additionally, you can expect an anniversary bonus, generous relocation package of 2000 PLN net, and other benefits.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering amazing customer experiences as a Digital Sales Representative with Polish-English skills in Warsaw, Poland or Krakow. You will work effectively to service, enhance, and build relationships with current and future customers, providing professional customer service to commercial, public sector, or consumer customers.

  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts.
  • Contact existing customers in your portfolio to provide consultation services.
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets along with being part of a larger sales team increasing the customer base.
  • Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • Sales aptitude.
  • Goal orientation.
  • Computer savvy.
