Job Overview

As a (Senior) Media Planner, you will play a critical role in developing strong and consistent media strategies across various touchpoints (TV, Digital, etc.) for our brands, ensuring delivery on business objectives within allocated budget while considering market trends and consumer insights.

You will collaborate with multiple functions (brands, design, trial, data, consumer market knowledge, sales, etc.) and partners to deliver outstanding media results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of innovative media plans that maximize return and allow us to innovate in real-time.
  • Coordinate P&G digital media teams to ensure seamless implementation of media strategies.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to deliver strong media results.
  • Monitor media strategy performance and lead competitive analyses.
  • Support innovation by connecting externally and working with digital consultants.
  • Ongoing monitoring of media strategy performance, evaluation of existing and emerging media opportunities, and bringing forward recommendations.
  • Adjust/adapt media strategies as needed (vs campaign performance, budget changes, etc.).
  • Present innovative ideas about campaigns' strategies and effective ways to reach the identified target audience, accelerating business performance, and staying ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and being in touch with industry trends.
  • Act as steward of brand media investments to build channel allocations and adapt to budget changes as needed.
  • Lead media business reviews with the category teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic media planning across all online and offline touchpoints in a media agency or in-house environment managing large budgets.
  • Excellent knowledge of the media landscape and prioritizing the consumer experience in activities and decisions.
  • Strong understanding of key digital media touchpoints such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, Programmatic, Pinterest, Spotify, etc.
  • Proactive and business-minded leader with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive action.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking to assess and recommend opportunities.
  • Experience or passion for managing complex projects with multiple partners.
  • Mastery with media planning tools such as TGI as well as Microsoft Office package.
  • Able to analyze data, identify data-driven insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks when needed.
  • Minimum BA degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience managing teams – would be an asset.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is between €60,000 and €80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
