Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, tailored to the unique business requirements of our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and technology platforms.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on the effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop strategic recommendations for implementing marketing automation solutions.
  • Participate in the pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with our services.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience working as a business consultant with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Proven commercial experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including delivery projects as a consultant or developer.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and technology, with proficiency in SQL and AMPscript or willingness to learn.
  • Experience in building email templates using drag-and-drop platforms and HTML/CSS tweaks where necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project engagements.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to document project work and solution design.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Communicative German or French.
  • Knowledge of Pardot or Marketing Cloud Personalization or Data Cloud.
