**Job Title:** Strategic Business Growth Manager for Central Europe
**Company Overview:** We are a leading international organization seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to manage and grow relationships across key Central European markets.
**Estimated Salary Range:** 80,000 - 120,000 PLN per annum (dependent on experience)
**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Wholesale/Distributor, Convenience, Retail (including Petrol chains), and Food Service (HoReCa) clients across Central Europe.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote the company's product portfolio and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and product offerings.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in account management within the Wholesale, Convenience, Retail, Petrol chains, and HoReCa sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within European markets.
- Driver's license (Category B) is required.
