Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Industry Growth Specialist to join our team at VTU Engineering Polska sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland.

Estimated Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of VTU's strategies and develop business plans within the engineering industry, engaging directly with selected customer representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client acquisition efforts from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cosmetics, food plants, and oil & gas.
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs and business requirements, collaborating closely with the Engineering Team.
  • Actively participate in projects to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Prioritize prospects based on customer needs, focusing on building strategic partnerships rather than transactional sales.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A higher education in a relevant field, such as Chemical Technology, Chemical and Process Engineering, Bio-technology or derivatives.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, oil & gas, or metallurgy.
  • A proven track record of winning contracts within one or more of the aforementioned sectors.
  • Demonstrated initiative in independently initiating new activities and motivating others to take action.
  • Proficiency in English or German languages at a communicative level.
