About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most strategic accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and prepare portfolio business plans and strategic account plans for each assigned account.
- Manage accounts through the entire sales process, from business development and prospecting to contract negotiations and post-sales support.
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of business.
- Partner with channel partners to understand their business, creatively adopt programs to drive new revenue, and expand business partner relationships.
- Provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry, and strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement.
- Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account, with a primary focus on "C" and enterprise-level negotiations.
- Generate new business by developing leads and expanding existing accounts.
- Sell complex service engagements and creatively seek alternative solutions when necessary.
- Be a trusted advisor for customers and identify win-win situations.
- Help customers and the company develop success reference stories.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with a proven track record in complex direct and/or channel IT solution sales, preferably in a subscription-based SaaS model, and/or relevant industry experience in architecture/construction, etc.
- Passionate and excited about trends and innovations in engineering and technology.
- Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative work style with a strong customer focus.
- Business fluency in Polish and English, both verbal and written, as well as excellent communication skills in both languages.
