Account Executive Role at Dragon Rouge

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Account Executive to join our Warsaw team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating project logistics, and providing administrative support to the Director and client services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Client Director in managing client relationships and the account.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items and decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and the client services team.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports under the guidance of the Director.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support client initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
  • Attend client meetings and take detailed notes, capturing key discussions and action items for follow-up.
  • Assist with client communications, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as strategy, creative, and production, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project statuses, and financial information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from superiors.
  • Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2/C1).
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
