About the Role

Vertiv is seeking a highly competent Strategic Service Account Manager - EMEA to join our team in driving growth in Service sales and profitability with assigned Accounts, towards defined short- and long-term targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Service Sales targets for assigned Accounts.
  • Manage the longer-term building and maintenance of relationships with Accounts and the resulting Customer Satisfaction.
  • Anticipate Commercial and Technical needs, investigate underlying causes, and identify short- and longer-term solutions.
  • Create and follow up Service Account Plan and Service Activity Plan.
  • Work with the Sales Account Manager in charge of the Account to provide 'one face to the customer' interface.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Code of Conduct and Trade Compliance.
