About the Role:

At Vertiv, we are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Strategic Service Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth in Service sales and profitability with assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Service Sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Manage the longer-term building and maintenance of relationships with assigned accounts and customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipates commercial and technical needs, investigates underlying causes, and identifies short- and longer-term solutions.
  • Creates and follows up on Service Account Plans and Service Activity Plans.
  • Works with Strategic Account Managers to manage sales of all service pillars.
  • Collaborates with Sales Account Managers to provide a single point of contact for customers.
  • Contributes to market monitoring, identifies new business opportunities, and proposes Service Action Plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Service/Service Sales management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent business negotiation skills and relationship building.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
