About the Role:
At Vertiv, we are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Strategic Service Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth in Service sales and profitability with assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Service Sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Manage the longer-term building and maintenance of relationships with assigned accounts and customer satisfaction.
- Anticipates commercial and technical needs, investigates underlying causes, and identifies short- and longer-term solutions.
- Creates and follows up on Service Account Plans and Service Activity Plans.
- Works with Strategic Account Managers to manage sales of all service pillars.
- Collaborates with Sales Account Managers to provide a single point of contact for customers.
- Contributes to market monitoring, identifies new business opportunities, and proposes Service Action Plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Service/Service Sales management.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent business negotiation skills and relationship building.
- Highly developed communication skills.
