Strategic Service Accounts Manager

At Vertiv, we build products that keep critical technologies running 24/7. Our portfolio spans power, thermal, and infrastructure management products, software, and solutions, complemented by a network of nearly 250 service centers worldwide.
We are seeking a Strategic Service Accounts Manager to drive growth in Service sales and profitability with assigned Accounts, securing Vertiv as the preferred partner during the entire Product Lifecycle period.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing Service sales strategy aligned to overall Vertiv strategy
- Managing relationships with assigned Strategic Accounts and resulting Customer Satisfaction
- Anticipating Commercial and Technical needs, investigating underlying causes, and identifying short- and longer-term solutions
- Creating and following up Service Account Plan and Service Activity Plan
- Managing sales of all service pillars working with Strategic Account Managers
- Contributes to the monitoring of the market, identifying new business opportunities, and proposing and driving Service Action Plans
As an individual, you will need to have segment industry experience, commercial acumen, and the capability to build strong networks internally within the Vertiv community. Strong communication skills are key to achieving your targets.
Service sales are an extremely important revenue stream for Vertiv, and we are looking for a highly competent, energetic, and ambitious individual to take on this role within the organization.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Business management, or Economics
- Min 3 years proven track record in management of Service/Service Sales
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Business Negotiations skills and relationship builder
- Highly developed communication skills
- Segment Competitors' landscape knowledge
