Job Title: Strategic Service Accounts Manager

At Vertiv, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Service Accounts Manager to join our team in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth in Service sales and profitability with assigned Accounts.
  • Manage relationships with Strategic Accounts in a long-term perspective, owning the Service Account plan/reviews process.
  • Implement Service sales strategy, aligned to overall Vertiv strategy, and work with peers, local Service Organisations, and other internal functions to exceed Customer expectations.
  • Anticipate Commercial and Technical needs, investigate underlying causes, and identify short- and longer-term solutions.
  • Manage the sales of all service pillars, working with Strategic Account Managers.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of the market, identify new business opportunities, and propose and drive Service Action Plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering, Business management, or Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years proven track record in management of Service/Service Sales.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent Business Negotiations skills and relationship builder.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Segment Competitors' landscape knowledge.
