Strategic Account Manager

At Vertiv, we build products that keep critical technologies running 24/7. Our portfolio spans power, thermal, and infrastructure management products, software, and solutions, complemented by a network of nearly 250 service centers worldwide.
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to represent Vertiv in front of our clients, listen to their needs, and resolve their questions. This role involves driving sales of our full portfolio products and synergy products, increasing customer engagement and retention rates, and promoting our products and solutions in relation to our customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree, good knowledge of MS Office, and previous exposure to running sales in the Polish market. They will also have 3-5 years of experience and 50% travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of full Vertiv portfolio products and synergy products
- Increase customer engagement and retention rates
- Perform regular visits to clients and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities
- Maintain and update reporting systems, run scheduled and ad-hoc analysis, and participate in team meetings
- Report on all projects monthly, advising status and likely timing of order placement
Requirements:
- University degree (Engineering preferred)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of norms and contractual regulation issues
- Previous exposure to running sales in the Polish market
- Knowledge about the Polish Data Center market (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience
- 50% travel requirements
