Position Overview:
H.B. Fuller is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to advance our presence in the Polish market within the construction adhesives sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving market growth, and cultivating key relationships with specifiers, architects, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for the Construction Adhesives Sales Team.
• Coordinate communication and activities to ensure effective plan execution.
• Cultivate a robust sales pipeline to capitalize on future growth opportunities.
• Drive achievement of commercial targets, optimizing market share, pricing strategies, and profitability.
• Proactively anticipate and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize sales processes and tools to maximize effectiveness.
• Allocate 30% of your time towards identifying and pursuing larger growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage account plans for both short- and long-term growth, while managing profitability and risk.
• Negotiate pricing and margin using value selling to capture optimum results.
• Own the contact matrix, ensuring internal and external expectations are set and met.
• Deliver tailored value propositions to drive customer intimacy and loyalty.
• Provide expert insight and strategic partnership to customers on key industry issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in technical/mechanical or marketing.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• A large network within the construction adhesives industry in Poland.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience within the Construction Adhesives Industry (marketing or technical experience may be considered).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
