About the Job


As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Poland and lead our On-Demand business.



Your Mission


The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our On-Demand business in Poland by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, and developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.



You Will



  • Prioritize key accounts and develop targeted solutions to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business development and growth
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue, including market research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development

Requirements



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or account management
  • Strong commercial skills, customer-oriented and sales-focused
  • Problem-solving skills, data-driven, analytical
  • Ability to understand software needs and translate between restaurant partners and technical teams
  • Accountability and ownership for sales and account management from start to finish
  • Project management skills, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated by working in a fast-paced and high-performance startup
