At Glovo, we're on a mission to give everyone easy access to anything in their cities. To achieve this, we're looking for a talented Strategic Account Manager to lead the growth of our On-Demand business in Poland.

The Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the On-Demand business in Poland. This includes prioritizing top accounts, identifying solutions for each partner, and developing an action plan to target and pitch them. You will also build proposals, lead contract negotiations, and act as a bridge between the local AM team and On-Demand HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize top accounts in each country and identify solutions for each partner
  • Develop an action plan to target and pitch partners
  • Build proposals and lead contract negotiations
  • Act as a bridge between the local AM team and On-Demand HQ
  • Manage the activation and onboarding of partners during the implementation phase
  • Own the relationship with partners for everything related to the On-Demand solution
  • Coordinate financial control and profitability, operational needs, and necessary tech developments/adaptations
  • Share feedback from partners with product and operations teams to generate improvements
  • Monitor financials in the country, including pricing strategy, implementation costs, and continuous profitability

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development/Account Management
  • Strong commercial skills, customer-oriented, and sales-focused
  • Problem solver, data-driven, analytical
  • Ability to understand software needs and translate between restaurant partners and technical teams
  • Accountability and ownership for sales and account management from start to finish
  • Project management skills, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated by working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace and multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent Polish and English skills
