Embark on a journey as a Strategic Account Manager with Glovo, where you'll be the driving force behind growing our On-Demand business in Poland.

What's the mission?

As a key player in our Polish operation, you'll identify and develop strategies to prioritize top accounts, foster strong partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.

The journey ahead:

  1. Prioritize top accounts, develop action plans, and pitch solutions to establish strong working partnerships.
  2. Build proposals, lead contract negotiations, and ensure mutual benefits for both parties.
  3. Bridge the gap between local AM teams and On-Demand HQ, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  4. Manage partner onboarding, activation, and independence during the implementation phase.
  5. Own the relationship with partners for the On-Demand solution, driving innovation and growth.
  6. Coordinate logistics as a service, overseeing financial control, profitability, and operational needs.
  7. Share feedback with product and operations teams to drive improvements and optimize On-Demand services.
  8. Monitor financials, pricing strategy, implementation costs, and continuous profitability in the country.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development/Account Management.
  • Strong commercial skills, customer-oriented, and sales-focused.
  • Problem-solver, data-driven, analytical, and comfortable working with technical teams.
  • Accountability and ownership for sales and account management from start to finish.
  • Project management skills, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated by working in a high-growth, high-performance start-up with a fast pace and multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent Polish and English skills.
