The Account Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in service sales and profitability with assigned accounts in the EMEA region. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as the ability to develop and execute account development strategies that meet or exceed targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing service sales and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account development strategies to drive growth in service sales and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service sales or account management
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an asset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
