We're currently seeking an Enterprise Service Development Manager to join our team in EMEA. This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a strategic position and make a significant impact on our service sales and profitability.

The Enterprise Service Development Manager will be accountable for driving growth in service sales and profitability with assigned accounts, working closely with Strategic Account Managers/Directors to manage relationships and develop service plans.

This role requires a strong understanding of the service landscape, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills to build strong networks within the organization and coordinate effectively between different business segments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing service sales strategies aligned with overall company goals
  • Managing relationships with assigned accounts and driving customer satisfaction
  • Anticipating commercial and technical needs, investigating underlying causes, and identifying short- and longer-term solutions
  • Creating and following up on service account plans and activity plans
  • Sales management across all service pillars, working closely with Strategic Account Managers
  • Providing a single interface to customers, working with Sales Account Managers
  • Contribution to market monitoring, identification of new business opportunities, and proposal and execution of service action plans

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a proven track record in service management, commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Economics is preferred. 3+ years of experience in service sales management is also required.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
