CRH Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is a strategic division within the company that encompasses a diverse portfolio of operations and business in the Eastern region. Comprising markets Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Germany and Switzerland, the CEE region plays a crucial role in CRH’s global presence and growth strategy.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in the Central and Eastern Europe division at CRH. In this role, you will partner with the Talent and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Director, Talent Manager, and Country HR teams to help build agility and capability through our people, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent that can drive our continued growth.
This role is a multi-faceted position primarily focussing on supporting Talent management and Learning and Development activities. The role will be working on a hybrid basis including some travel to different Central and Eastern European countries to facilitate, deliver training and support Early Talent programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the talent and development strategy across CRH’s CEE division.
- Partner with CEE HR teams and Country HR Directors on Talent Succession Reviews (TSR), talent assessments, and similar initiatives.
- Champion Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) throughout talent management processes.
- Assist with the compilation of talent data for various reporting and decision-making activities.
- Organise and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person workshops and training sessions.
What You Bring to the Team:
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate solid previous experience working as a Talent Management Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist or similar, ideally gained within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As well as possess a solid grasp of HR principles and knowledge of best practices including the ability to support design and implementation of training programs effectively.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production sectors is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and operations.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach, able to remain effective under pressure.
