Our GBS team performs a wide range of financial processes beyond standard transaction processing. We strive to streamline all of our financial processes and continually enhance the support and services we provide to customers and business partners. We work closely with PANDORA's local management, business controllers, customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, and with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen. Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

The role includes:
- Process deliveries & transfers to Own & Operated stores
- Book stock adjustments
- Handle goods return to EDC
- Analyze stock differences between POS & AX
- Perform and account for O&O store inventory counts
- Assist with audit task
- Perform internal audit controls
- Assist with audit tasks
- Identify process improvements and recommend changes
You’re the perfect match, if you have:
- Accounting or financial background,
- At least 1 year of experience within accounting (preferable in OTC/AP/GL)
- Experience with accounts receivables from a Shared Service Centre or retail company, other foreign languages will be an advantage.
- Very good English, very good Polish
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP or AX Dynamic would be an asset
- Positive energy & can-do attitude, team player
