Junior AP Accountant - temporary replacement

Responsibilities:

Responsible for efficient and accurate processing of AP transactions in a timely manner

Continuously monitor accounting and tax requirements in each country to ensure invoices are posted appropriately

Ensure downpayments are reviewed back to contracts

Follow up on invoices referred back from end users to AP queue (in collaboration with Helpdesk team)

Support Helpdesk team with queries, if needed, that should be minimal activity

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting or related nice to have

Experience working in AP positions - nice to have

Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Access) and hands on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level) is essential for this role

Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
