We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Content Team Leader to join our Client’s dynamic team in Warsaw. As a leader in the e-commerce sector, you will be responsible for managing a team of content creators and ensuring the production of accurate, informative, and engaging product content. Reporting to the Product Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the business by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback and coaching, and fostering a positive team culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best work, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build a strong and positive team culture, promoting collaboration, respect, and understanding among team members.
- Manage the team's workload and ensure that deadlines are met, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources.
- Oversee the production of all product content, including product descriptions, titles, images, videos, and other related materials.
- Ensure that all product content is accurate, informative, and engaging, adhering to Company’s guidelines and industry standards.
- Establish and implement quality control procedures to maintain the highest level of content quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that product content is aligned with overall business goals.
- Deliver strategies to improve the performance of the content creation process and the team's productivity.
- Promote a culture of respect and understanding within the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Secure ongoing process control, reporting, and taking corrective actions, actively participating in problem-solving related to production.
- Support the team in ongoing projects, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English Language (C1).
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to set clear goals, provide feedback, and motivate a team to achieve their best work.
- Fluency in Danish Language will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
- Proven experience in the E-commerce sector, preferably in a product content role would be a strong asset.
