Position Summary: Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline. You will be responsible for: • Preparing Customs entry documents based on the documents attached to the shipments • Checking if all Customs documentation is completed correctly • Contacting clients in order to ensure all necessary information is provided • Using good judgement when making declarations to customs • Ensuring accuracy within a fast paced environment You are: • Fluent in English (B2) • Fluent in German (C1) • Excellent communicator • Client focused • Task oriented • Team player • Computer Literate • Willing to develop in multinational environment • Able to make independent decisions based on expertise Experience in customer service would be an asset Qualifications:Language: English: Reading, Writing, Comprehension, Speaking German: Speaking, Writing, Comprehension, Reading Additional Information Posting Date: 10-Apr-2024 Closing Date: 29-Apr-2024 FedEx was built on a philosophy that puts people first, one we take seriously.
