About Our Client
Our client is leading FinTech company based in Warsaw with a strong focus on innovation and technology-driven financial solutions.
As the Head of HR, you will play a crucial role in shaping organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving talent acquisition and retention strategies. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR policies and initiatives that support business objectives and promote a positive employee experience.
Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and growth plans. Build HR processes and policies from the ground up, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance evaluation, training, and employee relations. Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles within the organization. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding. Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Develop and oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining a strong understanding of local employment legislation. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion, fostering a supportive and respectful work environment.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a track record of building HR functions from scratch. Deep understanding of HR best practices, processes, and principles, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet business needs. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability. Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
