About Our Client
Our client is a leading retail company with a robust presence in the Fashion sector, worldwide. In order to strengthen their group, we are seeking to recruit a talented professional for the position of the Head of People & Culture CEE with a strong people & commercial mindset and drive who will support the company in strengthening its very good market position and who will facilitate its further growth. As the Head of People & Culture CEE, you will be focusing on high-quality HR services for multiple business units in different countries within CEE region. The Head of People & Culture CEE will work close with senior Executives including the MD CEE. The person on this position will be focused in enabling the company to become one of the biggest companies in its sector. The role is operational, requiring a hands-on approach, including fieldwork. We are seeking enthusiastic and success-driven HR professional to join the team.
Job Description
Oversees the effectiveness of human resources processes including employer branding, recruitment & retention, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, T&D and payrollSupport the company's ambitious plans for growth, both in revenue and the further expansion of shops within the CEE regionMaintain and strengthen relationships with senior leaders and key employees with a special focus on leadership development and employee engagementRun HR programs for key contributor and management positions; Concentrate on soft skills development and enhancing employee's knowledge by coaching, counseling, career developmentStrong focus on setting and delivering on KPI's, analyse and deliver data driven presentations and recommendations to key business leaders
The Successful Applicant
Experience operating as an HR Manager/Director with a proven track record in meeting high standards in a demanding, fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentYears of experience in supporting international companies, particularly in the Retail & E-commerce sectors, is preferredSuccessful track record in supporting dynamically growing companies in development of an HR culture, preferably in commercial focused firmsProfound understanding of HR fundamentals - labor law, payroll, employee relations, learning and developmentUnderstanding of employment laws and regulations in Poland with the ability to learn and comprehend legislations in other supported marketsStrong interpersonal skills to immediately establish the necessary credibility on all the levels of the organisationAbility to motivate and influence others without direct line authorityStrong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interestsExperience in successfully managing and developing a professional teamsProject management experience, excellent organizational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlinesVery good coaching and facilitation skillsOpen and cross-culturally mindedGood knowledge of different IT tools in the field of HRFluency in Polish and English is a must
