Position: Customer Integration Associate
Location: Warsaw 
Working Model: Hybrid 
 
The primary objective of the Customer Integration Junior Associate role is to execute customer collaboration projects, foster improved efficiencies, establish win-win situations, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives as well as drive the EDI agenda for the relevant markets.
 
Partners with internal and external customers’ accounts to implement or Electronic Data Interface exchange (EDI) together with IT. Perform root cause analyses, and provide solutions to resolve customer issues, enhancing ERP system to meet customer expectations. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Act as a crucial link between the Market Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Business Execution) and Market Activation, Finance, and Sales leads to ensure the smooth execution and resolution of project initiatives in local markets.
  • Represent the local Supply Chain, actively challenging the status quo, and ensuring alignment with parameters and KPIs in collaboration with Market Directors.
  • Identify and design end-to-end continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing Supply Chain efficiencies and reducing Cost to Serve.
  • Improves reporting and drive automation together with the Market Customer Integration Manager. 
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and drives efficiencies within the area. 
  • May support Customer Service to drive higher-order automation levels in combination with the main ERP system. 
  • Implementation and update of Tableau dashboard and improve visualization. 
  • Elaborate on further opportunities to drive digitalization agenda.
 
Requirements:
  • Full professional proficiency in English Language (min. C1)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating cultural adaptability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and project delivery in cross-functional teams.
