About this opportunity

Welcome to the Account Services NO/SE team. We add value by delivering multiply first-class services connected with deposits product in Nordea. As the (Senior) Process Officer/Specialist with Norwegian Language, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering banking services, decide on the development of processes and also you will have the opportunity to make improvements. Everything according to standards and in being courageously innovative to exceed customers expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing yourself by learning different tasks connected with the deposits product and other daily banking services (mostly in Norwegian)
  • Handling routine tasks at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions
  • Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian countries
  • Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency and reduce risk & cost
  • Supporting English speaking employees with your Norwegian


You’ll join a full of skilled people working towards common goals. The role is based in Łódź; Gdańsk; Warszawa.

Your experience and background: 

  • English and Norwegian on good communicative level (at least B1/B2)
  • Good command on MS Office Tools 
  • Have the ability to work as a team player  
  • Financial or IT experience will be on plus
