Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. Identify and qualify new leads, and convert them into paying customers. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the DACH region. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads. Negotiate and close deals with clients. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IT outsourcing trends and the DACH market. Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Fluent German and at least Upper-Intermediate English level Minimum 2 years of experience in B2 B sales At least 1 year within the IT outsourcing industry Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
