Role overview
The role of a Junior Specialist is to support a variety of client-front commercial and finance processes depending on the needs of Western European Markets. This way you will have a chance to get to know the full business path from becoming our customer, through the contractual deals, we set up to an order and settlement after a delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- creating and maintaining customer master data
- preparing regular and ad hoc reports
- support in digital archiving tasks
- creating and amending commercial contracts
- creating and maintaining rebate agreements in accordance with internal procedures
- support in pricing maintenance
- performing order management tasks in the scope of the assigned market
- performing other tasks on request
What we’re looking for
- good proficiency in written and spoken English
- advanced knowledge of Office365 environment, experience in using MS Excel
- previous experience working with SAP would be an asset
