Junior Accounitng position in a new developing global business center in Wrocław of a leading Swiss brand.

Swiss-based company which is an international food business with a leading position in frozen B2B bakery business in Europe and APAC listed on the Swiss stock exchange.

The company has leading market positions in the bakery markets in Switzerland, Germany, France, Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Romania and other European countries. In APAC it holds leading positions in ANZ, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore & Taiwan.

Europe Business Service Center in Wrocław plays a key role in overall company strategy for profitable growth through supporting the business driving the decisions.

Description

The Accounts Receivable Accountant perform O2C activities for the newly established Business service Organization in Wroclaw, Poland. They will be responsible for Collections & Billing Management, Cash Application as well as proposing and driving the most effective and efficient ways of work through process standardization and optimalization

  • Contacting the foreign customer regarding past due items
  • Reviewing list of blocked orders and taking appropriate actions
  • Processing Billing requests
  • Applying customer payments to invoices and accounts.
  • Managing customer inquiries or disputes
  • Preparation, creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Profile

  • Fluent German and English (at least B2)
  • Previous initial experience in accounitng, preferbly within Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of any ERP system (here SAP) will be a significant plus
  • Customer centric mindset and effective communication
