We are searching for Account Receivables Accountant with a focus on retail accounting. You will be responsible for the administration of chosen entities (Germany/Netherlands/France) and build new global shared service centre in Cracow.

Client Details

New Global SSC in Kraków - retail.

Description

  • Provide a good service to our internal stakeholders in relation to our processes (Cash Allocation, Collection, Billingrequirement and follow-up of the DoA requlations)
  • Identify recommendations for improved and proposed AR processes
  • Research customer inquiries and provide quality customer service
  • Assist the Team lead AR with integration of new processes or tools into the AR team
  • Work close with Purchase department, Commissary and customers to resolve issues
  • Controlling the AR e-mailboxes
  • Billing or ROY/NAF & Others like Rent, IT charges etc.
  • Over view of the Cash-reconciliation from the CS store floats and online cash
  • Processing of bank statements
  • Processing of one off invoices
  • Sending reminders to franchisees
  • Creation and maintaining Customer
  • Generating Direct Debit batches
  • Reconcilling and Controlling the G.R.S.I.
  • Month end close activities like closing AR Subledger, IC balance confirmation etc.
  • Reporting and analyses related to AR

Profile

  • Experience in AR accounting (preferbly in retail accounting)
  • Fluent English
  • French (at least B1)
  • Preferable experience in SSC international environment
  • Experience in process transition will be a significant plus
  • Educational background in finance and accounting will be a plus
  • Knowledge of any ERP systems will be a plus
