Main focus on GL aspect (including fixed assets), AR side support, minor AP support for newly established SSC in Katowice during process stabilisation after the transition

Opis stanowiska

  • Control of settlements with clients, posting and settling transactions in the accounting system
  • Monitoring receivables (reconciling balances, proactive actions)
  • Posting and settling incoming payments in the accounting system
  • Issuing and posting non-standard sales invoices
  • Control and posting of debit notes
  • Issuing and posting sales correction invoices
  • Preparation of reports concerning receivables (e.g., overdue receivables)
  • Participation in the month-end closing process


Profil kandydata

  • Knowledge of general accounting or at least two sectors (preferably GL, AR)
  • Fluent English AND German (at least B2)
  • Knowledge of any ERP system will be a key plus (SAP)
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Experience in transition or process stabilisation will be a significant merit
  • Ability to appear in Katowice office (city centre) at least 2x a week
